The Story:
Susan Anderson, an employee of the Museum, took her daughter Caitlin along to spend the day at the museum. Unfortunately what should have been a nice day turns into an intense suspense when the city is shaken by a 7.6 magnitude earthquake.
While Catlin is safely secured in the control room, Susan is trapped in the museum and needs to find her way back to Catlin. Susan needs to follow the map, solve object based puzzles as well as seek-and-find levels in order to be reunited with her daughter. On her way, Susan communicates with others using talkie-walkies, cell phones and e-mail via her PDA. She not only has to go back to her daughter safely but also has to save invaluable artifact's from the museum.
With Escape the Museum your kids will not only need to find objects but also put them together. For example, when they find a torch, to make it work, they need to find batteries and a bulb to get it to light. Another example is to find an electrical drill, then the charger but before they can use it they first have to find a way to charge it. The story is realistic, entertaining and captivating. The pictures are great, colourful and lively, it even shakes! The music is well chosen and in line with the story. Puzzles are smart and clever.
